Renal and Dialysis Services

Our Renal and Dialysis Services support patients with kidney disease who need dialysis treatment, nephrology review, or related follow-up care. Treatment schedules are set by the renal team and are important to keep.

HOW TO ACCESS THIS SERVICE

Three steps for dialysis care

Keep to your schedule

Please attend dialysis only on your assigned treatment days and times, unless the renal team tells you otherwise. Missing sessions is not safe.

Prepare for treatment

Please bring your identification, your medications, your dialysis access information, and any instructions from your renal team. Small details matter.

Report changes early

Please tell staff about fever, shortness of breath, chest pain, swelling, access problems, or missed treatments. Early information means safer care.
