Laboratory Services

Our Laboratory Services support diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring by collecting and testing patient samples. Some tests require fasting, special timing, or a doctor's request, so please check what your test needs before you come in.

HOW TO ACCESS THIS SERVICE

Three steps for lab testing

Bring your test request

Please bring a valid request form or order from your doctor, your clinic, your ward, or an approved care pathway. We cannot test without a request.

Check test instructions

Please ask whether you need to fast, avoid certain medicines, collect a sample at home, or come at a specific time. A small check saves a wasted trip.

Complete sample collection

Please register, pay if required, and follow instructions from the phlebotomy or laboratory team. They will guide you through each step.

Results

Your results are usually sent to the doctor or clinic that requested the test. Please ask how and when your results will be available before you leave.
