Emergency: call 911 or come directly

George Odlum Stadium

Outpatient Clinic

The Outpatient Clinic provides non-emergency ambulatory care, including walk-in consultations, follow-up care, chronic disease management and coordination of diagnostic services.

Three steps to outpatient care

1

Confirm whether you need an appointment

The Outpatient Clinic provides both walk-in and scheduled care. If you were referred or given an appointment, keep the referral or appointment information with you.
2

Check the clinic details

Call the clinic or Appointments if you need to confirm the date, time, documents to bring, or whether any tests should be completed before your visit.
3

Arrive early and register

Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before a scheduled appointment. Report to reception or the clinic registration point and follow staff directions.

Visit Information

Before your visit

Bring identification, your referral or appointment information if applicable, a current medication list, and any recent laboratory or imaging results related to your visit.

On arrival

Register at the reception or clinic desk. Walk-in patients are assessed and directed to the appropriate care pathway; scheduled patients are registered for their clinic session.

During your visit

Your visit may include a medical or nursing assessment, treatment, medication administration, health education, diagnostic requests, follow-up planning or referral to another service.
