Prepare for Your Visit

Confirm the details.
Check the date, time, department and location before you travel. St. Jude services operate from both George Odlum Stadium and Augier.

Check whether a referral is required.
Some clinics require a referral while others have different access arrangements.

Bring what you were asked to bring.
This may include identification, your appointment or referral letter, a medication list, test results, imaging, reports or completed forms.

Follow preparation instructions.
If the department has given you instructions about food, drink, medicines, tests or arrival time, follow those instructions.

Tell us if you need support.
Where possible, let the service know in advance about accessibility, communication or other needs that may affect your visit.
