Our Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Services help patients recover movement, strength, function, and independence after illness, injury, surgery, or a long-term condition. Recovery is a journey, and we will guide you through it.

HOW TO ACCESS THIS SERVICE

Get a referral or appointment

A doctor, clinic, ward, or approved pathway may refer you for a physiotherapy or rehabilitation assessment.

Prepare for assessment

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your referral notes, any imaging reports, your medication list, and any mobility aids you use.

Follow your programme

Please attend your scheduled sessions and complete the home exercises or safety instructions given by your therapist. Your recovery depends on both.

What to expect

Before your visit

Please bring your referral, comfortable clothing, any recent imaging or reports, and any braces, splints, crutches, or walking aids you use.

First assessment

Your therapist will assess your movement, pain, strength, function, and personal goals — recovery is different for every patient.

During treatment

Treatment may include exercises, education, mobility training, rehabilitation activities, or advice about equipment. Please share how you are feeling as you progress.

Progress

Your recovery depends on your condition and your attendance. Please follow the plan and report pain, falls, or new symptoms early.
