Radiology and Imaging

Our Radiology and Imaging Services help doctors diagnose and monitor medical conditions using imaging tests. Patients usually need a request from a doctor or an approved clinic before their scan can be booked.

HOW TO ACCESS THIS SERVICE

Three steps for imaging

Get an imaging request

Please bring a request form or order from your doctor, clinic, the Emergency Room, or your ward team. We cannot scan without a request.

Schedule or confirm your test

Please call or visit the imaging desk to confirm your appointment time, preparation instructions, and any payment required.

Attend your appointment

Please bring your identification, your request form, any previous imaging you have, and follow the preparation instructions carefully.

What to expect

Before your scan

Please tell staff if you may be pregnant, have allergies, kidney disease, implants, or previous reactions to contrast. These affect what is safe for you.

On the day

Please arrive early for registration and follow clothing, fasting, bladder, or other preparation instructions given.

During imaging

Staff will explain positioning and what to expect. Some tests take longer than others — please try to stay still when asked.

Results

Your report is usually sent to the doctor or clinic that requested the imaging. Please ask when results are expected.
