HOW TO ACCESS THIS SERVICE
Three steps for surgical care
Get assessed
A doctor or surgeon will review your condition and decide whether surgery, further tests, or another treatment is the right next step for you.
Prepare for surgery
Please follow instructions about fasting, medication, test results, consent, arrival time, and what to bring. Preparation keeps you safe.
Attend your follow-up
Please return for wound checks, review of your results, medication guidance, and recovery advice. Follow-up is part of your surgery, not an optional extra.

What to expect
Before surgery
Please bring your identification, your consent documents, recent test results, your medication list, any allergies, and any instructions the surgical team has given you.
On the day
Please arrive at the time given. Our staff will check your identity, your procedure, your consent, your fasting status, and safety information — these checks protect you.
After surgery
You may recover in a monitored area, return to the ward, or receive discharge instructions if it is safe to go home. Please rest and follow instructions carefully.
After discharge
Please seek help for fever, worsening pain, heavy bleeding, wound redness, shortness of breath, or other warning signs. Do not wait for your next appointment.
