What to expect
Before your visit
Please bring your antenatal card, your current medications, your test results, and any instructions from your clinic or doctor. Small details often help most.
During labour and delivery
Our maternity team will monitor mother and baby, provide care, and explain what is happening at each stage. Please ask questions if you are unsure.
After delivery
Staff will support your recovery, carry out newborn checks, guide feeding, and plan your discharge home. We are here for both mother and baby.
Warning signs — please seek urgent care
Please come in urgently for heavy bleeding, severe headache, seizures, fever, severe abdominal pain, or reduced fetal movement. Call 911 if you cannot travel safely.
