What to expect
Before your visit
Bring identification, your appointment letter, referral letter, and any recent tests or prescriptions.
On the day
Arrive 15 minutes early. Go to the Main Reception Desk when you arrive. Wait times may vary by clinic.
If you need to change your visit
Call the clinic at least 48 hours before your appointment to reschedule or cancel.
If your symptoms get worse
Do not wait for your scheduled visit. Go to the Emergency Room immediately or call 911.
